Terms and Conditions

Flora Heart Health Campaign

(“the Campaign”)

  1. This document is intended to serve as a disclaimer (“Disclaimer”) to the public and consumers in favour of Flora and Siqalo Foods (Pty) Ltd (collectively “the Company”) and applies to every person and/or entity which purchases and/or is served the Flora Limited Edition Regular and Flora Limited Edition Light 1kg and 500g Tubs (“the Product”).
  2. The Campaign will operate by way of and through the use of QR codes and  will run from 1 September 2024 to 31 October 2024.
  3. The unauthorised sharing of Campaign barcodes, QR codes and Campaign related programs is strictly prohibited and any consumer found distributing Campaign materials via screenshots, messages, photographs or any other like mediums  will be blacklisted from participating in the Campaign and future promotions. 
  4. The Campaign is open to all legal residents of South Africa who are over the age of 18 (eighteen). However, access to the Product  is subject to product availability at participating retailers.
  5. By completing the entry form (which includes submitting the Consumer’s name, contact number and product barcode) the Consumer agrees to be bound by the rules of this Disclaimer and other rules, regulations, terms and conditions in relation to the Campaign..
  6. The Company is not liable or responsible for any technical difficulties or issues experienced with scanning the QR code. This includes, but is not limited to, failures due to damaged packaging, technological malfunctions, or any other factors that may prevent the successful scanning of the QR code. Consumers assume all responsibility for ensuring that their devices are capable of scanning the QR code.
  7. The Company nor any affiliates thereof are not liable for any losses, damages, or issues that arise from or are connected to the Consumer’s participation in the Campaign. This includes, but is not limited to, failures in QR code functionality, product availability, or any unexpected occurrences during the Campaign period.
  8. The Company accepts no responsibility for any injury, damage or loss suffered during the participation of the  Flora Gym Program facilitated by  Profit Private Gym and/or  the Flora Healthy eating plan offered by  Nutritional Solutions which consumers may receive upon scanning a code QR code.  Consumers are advised to consult healthcare professionals before engaging in any exercise or diet plans.
  9. The Company  reserves the right to cancel or amend the Campaign and/or this Disclaimer without notice for any reason that it determines necessary and/or in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, an act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of the Company’s control.
  10. All decisions made by the Company  in relation to the Campaign, including matters of eligibility and rule interpretation, are final and binding. No further correspondence or disputes will be entertained..
  11. These campaigns are in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook or Instagram. Consumers acknowledge that they are providing their information to the Company only, and not to any social media network and the Company is solely responsible for the handling of all Consumer data submitted during the Campaign.
