150g Flora Plant BUTTER™, cut into small blocks 100g Dark chocolate, chopped 220g Selati brown sugar 3 Eggs, lightly whisked 100g All purpose flour, sifted 25g Cocoa powder, sifted 40g Glace cherries roughly cut 30g Walnuts/Pecan Nuts, roughly cut

- Preheat oven to 180C. Using a 26 cake ring, line base and with baking paper, grease.
- Stir Flora Plant BUTTER and chocolate in a saucepan over medium-low heat until smooth and combined.
- Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar,. Set aside for 5 mins to cool.
- Stir in egg, flour,cocoa powder, nuts and cherries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20 -25 mins or until just firm to touch. Set aside in pan to cool completely.
- Remove brownie from cake ring.
- Allow to Cool.
- Cut into slices and dust with icing sugar and garnish.
Chef Tips
Add a tot of brandy if you desire.
