Chocolate Xmas Brownies

150g Flora Plant BUTTER™, cut into small blocks 100g Dark chocolate, chopped 220g Selati brown sugar 3 Eggs, lightly whisked 100g All purpose flour, sifted 25g Cocoa powder, sifted 40g Glace cherries roughly cut 30g Walnuts/Pecan Nuts, roughly cut

Preparation

    1. Preheat oven to 180C. Using a 26 cake ring, line base and with baking paper, grease.
    2. Stir Flora Plant BUTTER and chocolate in a saucepan over medium-low heat until smooth and combined.
    3. Remove from heat. Stir in brown sugar,. Set aside for 5 mins to cool.
    4. Stir in egg, flour,cocoa powder, nuts and cherries. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 20 -25 mins or until just firm to touch. Set aside in pan to cool completely.
    5. Remove brownie from cake ring.
    6. Allow to Cool.
    7. Cut into slices and dust with icing sugar and garnish.

Chef Tips
Add a tot of brandy if you desire.
