Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Mix together all the ingredients, coating the potatoes well in the Flora Gold, and place in roasting tray.
- Roast in the oven for 45 minutes, turn the potatoes and roast for a further 30–45 minutes until golden-brown. Check the potatoes regularly to make sure that there is enough moisture in the roasting tray, adding a little more Flora Gold if necessary.
- Serve with roast chicken or roast lamb.
