4 x 150g white boneless fish fillets 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) plain flour Robertsons salt and pepper (optional – to taste) 2 Tbsp. (30 ml) Flora oil
Preparation (for 4 portion) for
FLORA PAN-FRIED FISH FILLETS
- Dry fish fillets of excess moisture with paper towels. Place flour, salt and pepper in a plastic bag. Add fish fillets, in batches and shake to coat.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add fish and cook on each side, 3 – 4 minutes or until golden brown and flesh flakes easily.
- Serve with a vegetable stir-fry and lemon wedges.
