1 French Baguette 40cm 125g Flora Plant Butter™, room temperature 5g Black peppercorns, crushed Lemon zest and juice 2 Garlic cloves, crushed 1 Tsp salt

Preparation (for 4 portion) for



  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut slits in the baguette about 1cm apart.
  2. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
  3. Generously spread each slice of bread with the butter spread.
  4. Any remaining butter spread, spread on top (add grated cheese if you want).
  5. Place the loaf in tin foil and gently close the tin foil. Do not wrap too tight.
  6. Bake in oven for 12 – 15 minutes serve warm.
