1 French Baguette 40cm 125g Flora Plant Butter™, room temperature 5g Black peppercorns, crushed Lemon zest and juice 2 Garlic cloves, crushed 1 Tsp salt

GARLIC BREAD
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 180°C. Cut slits in the baguette about 1cm apart.
- In a bowl, mix all the ingredients together.
- Generously spread each slice of bread with the butter spread.
- Any remaining butter spread, spread on top (add grated cheese if you want).
- Place the loaf in tin foil and gently close the tin foil. Do not wrap too tight.
- Bake in oven for 12 – 15 minutes serve warm.
