GRILLED LAMB CHOPS

lamb rib or loin chops 60ml (1/4 cup) Flora Gold 4 sprigs thyme, the leaves picked off and chopped 3 garlic cloves, chopped zest of 2 lemons

Preparation (for 6 portion) for

GRILLED LAMB CHOPS

  1. Heat a griddle pan or braai over medium high heat. Combine the Flora Gold, thyme, garlic and lemon zest in a small bowl.
  2. Rub the lamb chops with the Flora Gold mixture season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  3. Grill the chops for 8 minutes on each side or until done to your liking.
