Preparation (for 30 portion) for



  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (160 fan-forced).
  2. Line a baking sheet with baking paper.
  3. Cream the Flora Gold and castor sugar until pale and fluffy.
  4. Add the egg yolks and beat in well.
  5. Add the bicarbonate of soda, baking powder, icing sugar, cardamom, ground almonds and flour and mix to form a soft dough.
  6. Roll tablespoonfuls of the cookie dough into balls and flatten slightly.
  7. Sprinkle a little chopped pistachios in the middle.
  8. Place on the lined baking sheet, leaving enough space to spread.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until golden.
