Preparation (for 6 portion) for
ROASTED GARLIC SESAME DIP WITH BABY VEG CRUDITÉ
- Preheat the oven to 200°C.
- Wrap the garlic in foil and roast for 40 minutes or until tender. Remove from the oven and leave to cool down.
- Squeeze the garlic puree from the skins. Place the garlic, sesame seeds, peanut butter, Flora Original, cumin, coriander, salt, lemon juice and water in a food processor. Process until well combined.
- Serve the garlic and sesame dip with baby vegetables crudité’s.
