SESAME SEED PRAWNS
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add the chilli, ginger and garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the prawns and fry for 2 minutes.
- Add the honey and sesame seeds and fry for another 2 minutes or until the prawns are just cooked and coated with the sesame seeds. Remove from the pan.
- For the tartar sauce. Combine all the ingredients together season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve the prawns with tartar sauce.
