Flora Original 1 small red chilli, finely chopped piece ginger, chopped 2 garlic cloves, chopped Prawns, deveined and shelled 1 tbsp. honey 0.5 cup sesame seeds For the tartar sauce 0.5 cup mayonnaise 0.5 cup crème fraiche 5 gherkins, chopped 1 tsp caper seeds, chopped red onion, finely chopped

Preparation (for 4 portion) for



  1. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium high heat. Add the chilli, ginger and garlic and fry for 1 minute. Add the prawns and fry for 2 minutes.
  2. Add the honey and sesame seeds and fry for another 2 minutes or until the prawns are just cooked and coated with the sesame seeds. Remove from the pan.
  3. For the tartar sauce. Combine all the ingredients together season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve the prawns with tartar sauce.
