Flora Gold for spreading 2 slices multigrain bread 2 or 3 leaves of lettuce / rocket / coriander Thinly sliced Leftover turkey and stuffing Thin slices cheese of your choice (camembert or blue cheese) Thinly sliced mango, raspberries Cranberry sauce

Preparation
- So Spread Flora Gold on both bread slices.
- Break lettuce into large pieces; layer half on 1 slice of bread.
- Top with turkey, cheese, mango, raspberries and cranberry sauce remaining lettuce, and bread.
- Slice in half and serve.
